1st time ever seeing U2 play last night. I generally have low expectations for stadium shows but I was stunned by the experience. The spaceship stage they built is absolutely next level. This show made The Killers show headlining Coachella feel like a podunk county fair.
360 degree stage, Rotating bridges, wireless instruments, incredible sound quality, smoke machines, disco laser tower that turned the entire stadium into a dance club, hi-def cameras on rotating trolleys around the main stage, an expandable HD hexagon shaped screen that compressed for perfect clarity and expanded to create a tornado of light and video.
