An ad all over the Brussels airport. Kevin Costner promoting Turkish airlines.  It seemed to me a perplexing spokesperson.  I wonder if they have done surveys in Turkey that reveal he is a popular and well known figure there.  Either way he has gone completely off the deep end with the Botox. It almost looks like this was shot the day after a procedure.
